Proficiency Testing

  • Your laboratory can participate in the Proficiency Testing (PT) programme at any time before the programme's registration deadline. You do not need to wait until the beginning of the year to enroll. 

  • You can directly purchase the selected PT programme of your choice via this website. Alternately, you can use our 'Request for Quote' page to request for a quotation or you can email to info@goplusservices.com to request for quotation by providing the selected PT programme code and participating month.

  • Yes, you can order more samples. Each sample is charged according to the programme price.

  • A 5% discount will be given for participation of more than 10 programmes. For participation of more than 15 programmes, 10% discount will be given, and 15% discount will be given for participation of more than 20 programmes.

  • Participants will be notified once the samples have been dispatched. Go Plus Services will email the courier tracking ID to the respective participating laboratories, including the tracking link for the ease of our participants to track their samples.

  • You may contact us at info@goplusservices.com for the instruction sheet of your sample.

  • ​Participants are required to fill their results in a given template received via email from Go Plus Services. Once complete, participants are required to email the results back to Go Plus Services at info@goplusservices.com

  • Yes, each laboratory is assigned to one unique ID. This unique ID shall remain anonymous throughout the programme except to the owner and Go Plus Services. Go Plus Services keeps this information strictly private and confidential. All laboratory personnel under Go Plus Services upholds the laboratory’s confidentiality and integrity.

  • ​One (1) month after the commencement of the sample analysis. Participants are advised to begin their analysis as soon as they receive their samples. Participants are reminded not to wait until scheduled analysis dateline posted on the website.

  • The testing methods to be used are up to laboratory’s discretion and based on the common routine used method. This achieves the PT objectives; to validate the testing methods. Participants will be asked to report their methods used in the report submission.

  • PT samples are to be stored at 2 - 8°C upon receipt if testing is not performed immediately.

  • For orders purchased directly via this website, you will received a confirmation email on your purchase.
    For orders via requested official quotation from 'Request for Quote' page or Go Plus Services' email, you are required to provide a purchase order as confirmation upon receipt of quotation, and then proceed to finalise the payment.

  • Yes. We listen to your needs and specific requirements to design methods for microbiology testing. All you need to do is to write in to info@goplusservices.com and provide details of the specific tests that you want for your product, and we will get in touch!

  • Yes. We do provide consultancy and advice to customers on the microbiological tests taken so that customers can have a clear and better understanding and further improve the quality of the product.
